Doors of Greece & My Scattertwig Mind

I can't believe how hard it's been to get myself together after this last vacation.  I took over 950 pictures over three weeks and I haven't done much with them.  I usually have an album done two days after returning, but it took me two weeks to find an album big enough and worthy enough of those magical days.
I have enjoyed looking at your blogs though, and they inspire me beyond measure, as always.  Hopefully tomorrow will be the day I leave this scattertwig mind behind.  Mostly, I just want to say thanks for looking and hanging in there.

  4. Oh these are lovely ... I love the first one! I would love to enter through that each day! I recognize the last image, it was in the letter you sent me! Oh, the colors were magnificent ...What a heavenly pace this must have been.

Though I have never traveled abroad, I can only imagine it takes a while to get one's self back on track ... be patient my friend!:)) Wishing you a beautiful day!

  5. I completely relate!!!! When I go on a fabulous trip & have taken 1000 pictures, I now can't just get photos made...that would be too smart & too simple. I actually have to go to shutterfly & make an entire book that costs a fortune to display my memories perfectly. My daughter & I laugh... there have been times such as when Kai was 2 & we went to Disneyland, when the trip itself was kind of a nightmare...but remember back through our pictures we remember it as being 'FABULOUS'.
    I LOVE pictures!
    Smiles,
    Susie
